Selling Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

*With at least 2 years relevant work experience in store management and operations from retail or food establishments
*Has strong leadership skills, result-oriented and customer focus
*Has people management and interpersonal With excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Job Requirements:

*Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
*Responsible for category profitability through category building and management of day to day selling operations
*Ensure timely and accurate execution of all promotion
*Ensure 100% inventory accuracy of category assignment Supervise and monitor team performance

Schedule:
8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:
13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:
Balanga, Bataan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:
Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
Sales Management: 1 year (Preferred)
