Selling Supervisor (Balanga Bataan)

**Job Descriptions**:

- Jointly responsible (with the Store Manager) in the attainment of assigned sales objectives for Exhibits and other sales event as assigned by the Store Manager.
- Ensures proper display of merchandise as per approved layout and tagging.
- Assists the Store Manager in marketing activities and promotion of the branch for better sell out.
- Familiarizes self with all relevant company policies and implements the same to the branch.
- Supervises the assigned Supplier exhibits/Sales Event in terms of sales, merchandising and inventory.
- Covers desk for Store Manager / OIC whenever delegated to.
**Job Qualifications**:

- At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor / 4 Yrs & up experienced employees specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.

- Sales Management: 1 year (preferred)
