Job Purpose: The Customer Relations Services Supervisor is responsible for supervising Retail Affiliates and Joint Venture Stores (RA/JV) and its security guards in implementing appropriate functions according to company standards.
Responsibilities: PROVIDE CRS SUPERVISION Implement all directives coming from Customer Relations Services Manager/Division. Ensure proper manning of security guards. Conduct random inspection and supervise clearing activities in area of responsibility. Monitor closely suspicious customers, employees and/or contractors and other activities requiring special attention. Respond and perform emergency programs in the stores. SUPERVISE CCTV OPERATION Ensure that CCTV systems are functional/operational. Report unmanned areas and unusual situations and occurrences. Identify vulnerable areas inside the stores and recommend improvements. EXECUTE CRS FUNCTION Conduct appropriate investigation on all incidents within the area of responsibility. Provide timely reports to immediate superior. Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality. Assist in the conduct of drills and simulations. Monitor and check time records of staff and recommend corrective disciplinary measure/s, as maybe necessary. Recommend the movement of staff to immediate superior. Perform other tasks as instructed by the CRS higher-ups. Key Qualification: Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree At least 2 years of work experience in a Security Supervisory role Certification in Basic Occupational Safety and Health (SO 2) Knowledge in latest trend in Physical Security and Guard Force Supervision Strong network with government security forces (Police, BFP, LGU/ Brgy officials, etc.) Proficient in MS Office Willing to be assigned in SM Calamba Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
