Security Receptionist

Job Responsibilities: · Greet visitors, maintain visitor logs, verify identification, and direct them to appropriate contacts.
· Maintain open communication with the management regarding with work-related issues and operational procedures.
· Coordinate emergency response procedures and dissemination of internal communications regarding safety and security processes to staff members.
· Write reports on all shift activities and emergency notifications delivered as directed by established security procedures.
· Ensure safety and security measures within the office premises.
· Handle all necessary coordination with other Security Receptionists and Facilities Team.
Job Requirements: · At least 1 year of proven experience as a security officer.
· Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Has good observation skills to quickly recognize any illegal activities and potential threats.
· Must have the physical strength to apprehend offenders and handle emergency situations.
· Has people skills and can assist visitors or employees with any concern.
· Strong communication and organizational skills.
· Ability to remain calm in emergencies
· Must be amenable to work on a shifting schedule
