Job Descriptions:
• Responsible for providing Tier 2 Technical support to the organization.
• Responsible for processing, processing and resolving tickets.
• Provide necessary reports and relevant metrics to Operations Manager.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelors in any Information Technology related courses.
• Experience at least 2-5 years' experience as Security Operations and Incident Response/ Tech Support
• Experience in RSA Archer and CISSP, CRISC, CISA, CIA certified
• Open to work in a Shifting schedule
