Responsibilities: Maintain a safe and secured environment for employees, clients, and visitors by enforcing security policies and procedures.Provide risk assessments on security and safety to Global Physical Security with recommendations aligned to GPS standards in order to mitigate issues and risks.Implement the physical access control and CCTV monitoring and provide recommendations for improvement.Identify and assess security threats to the Company and bring to Asset Protection Security Manager & Security Director's attention with appropriate advice on mitigation.Provide adequate and timely operational security support and advice to the company.Plan security measures for special and high-risk events.Establish and maintain an appropriate network of security and intelligence contacts with government, related industries, and private security agencies.Develop and maintain a sound relationship with different departments and functions.Ensure that the company has full compliance on GPS standards, local laws, and government regulations.Experience and Competencies: Must have at least 3 years' relevant experience in BPO (Security) risk management.Core and Leadership: Asurion Leadership Competencies Functional / Technical: Competent in conducting security investigations.Competent in using Microsoft Office applications.Must be updated on the current security policies and procedures as well as new security technologies.Competent in formulating security plans to secure Customer Solution Clark employees, properties, and reputation.Good network of contacts throughout Government, related industries, and private security agencies.Good communication and interpersonal skills in English.Must be capable of producing high-quality written reports and security briefs.Analytical ability and sound judgment.A motivated individual with high levels of energy, excellent teamwork skills, and a positive attitude.Ability to operate effectively within a fast-paced environment.Must be at least SO2 (Safety Officer 2).Can assist and serve as Safety Officer in the absence of the ASURION Safety Officer.Leads the ERT Team (Security Guards Emergency Response Team) during emergencies.About Asurion At Asurion, every one of us is a leader, from individual contributors to the senior team.
