Security Manager

Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to mitigate risks and protect company assets. Lead and manage a team of security personnel, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure effective execution of security operations.
Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities, and develop strategies to address them proactively. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of physical security measures, including access control systems, surveillance cameras, and security personnel deployment.
Bachelors Degree a college degree holder or 4 years of security and safety experience and/ or military/ law enforcement experience, including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Skills in communication too as well.
