Section Head, Facilities Management

Job Purpose Manages office properties and premises, including upkeep and cleanliness, ensuring practices are adherent to DOLE's occupational or workplace health and safety guidelines. Oversees renovations of office / office facilities as well as repair of office furniture, fixture and equipment (FFE).Accountable for the delivery of corporate services, specifically messengerial and transportation services. Responsible as well for managing the vendors and external service providers of Corporate Services that are involved in the fulfilment of facilities management function.Manages the inventory of service agreements / contracts of Corporate Services ensuring that these are up-to-date. Ensures compliance to Vendor Management policies as well as external regulations. Complies with due diligence requirements as well as performs evaluation of vendors on a regular basis.Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree holder, preferably in EngineeringAt least five (5) years' experience in related fieldComputer literate, knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel and WordVendor / work relationship managementMust have time-management skillsCan work under pressure and with minimal supervisionAbility to prioritize work and meet deadlinesKeen on details
