Section Head - Cost Planner And Scheduler

Details of the offer

BS in Civil Engineering or other related Engineering or Architecture degree; with minimum of seven (7) years of experience in cost estimation, budget management, and project scheduling in the real estate development industry, with at least two (2) years in a senior supervisory role, and 2 years hands on experience in project scheduling using automation tools; with proven track record of managing large-scale residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects; proficient in project management software (eg. MS Project, Primavera P6, and the likes); with advanced skills in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); strong analytical and problem solving capabilities, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; strong understanding of financial management principles; aligns with the organization's shared values
