### Key Responsibilities
- **Administrative Support:** Provide administrative support to management and the team by managing schedules, organizing meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- **Communication Management:** Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications. Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
- **Document Preparation:** Prepare and maintain various documents, reports, and presentations. Ensure all materials are accurate, well-organized, and visually appealing.
- **Data Management:** Maintain electronic filing systems and handle confidential information with discretion. Ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- **Meeting Coordination:** Schedule meetings and ensure all necessary materials and resources are prepared in advance. Take meeting minutes and distribute action items promptly.
- **Project Assistance:** Support various projects by conducting research, compiling data, and assisting in project tracking and reporting.
- **Problem-Solving:** Identify and address administrative and operational challenges proactively. Propose solutions and streamline processes to enhance efficiency.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to a team-oriented environment fostering collaboration and mutual support.

### Requirements
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support or secretary role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack).
