### **Job Description:**

ABS-CBN Corporation is seeking a dedicated and innovative Secretary to join our dynamic team in a full-time capacity. As a remote Secretary, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless administrative support and communication within the organization. You will be responsible for managing various clerical and organizational tasks, enabling efficient operations and contributing to the overall success of the company.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Administrative Support:** Provide comprehensive administrative assistance, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, and coordinating travel logistics for executives and team members.

- **Communication Management:** Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and timely. Ensure the communication of pertinent information across the department and within the company.

- **Document Preparation:** Create, edit, and format documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as required. Ensure that all documents adhere to the company's standards and confidentiality policies.

- **Meeting Coordination:** Organize and prepare for meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items to ensure their completion.

- **Data Management:** Maintain accurate and organized records of documents, files, and databases. Implement an effective filing system for easy retrieval of information.

- **Research:** Conduct research to gather information as requested and provide summaries or reports to management as necessary.

- **Adaptability to Change:** Proactively adjust to shifting priorities and emerging projects, demonstrating flexibility in a fast-paced work environment.

- **Team Collaboration:** Engage with various departments to ensure alignment of objectives and support inter-departmental initiatives effectively.

- **Assistance in Projects:** Support special projects and initiatives by performing various administrative and organizational tasks as needed.

### **Requirements:**

- **Education:** A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field is preferred.

- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role, preferably in a corporate environment.

- **Technical Proficiency:** Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools and communication platforms (e.g., Slack, Zoom).

- **Personality Traits:**
