JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
•Graduate of BA Communication or any Business-related courses
•With at least 3-5 years of work experience as a secretary
•Excellent in Verbal and Written Communication
•Highly organized and keen to details

RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Provide day to day support to the Deputy Chief Operating Officer
•Receiving documents, incoming calls and visitors of the DCOO
•Managing schedules, meetings, and conferences
•Coordinating with other department heads regarding the instructions and directives of the DCOO
•Other tasks that may be assigned by the DCOO from time to time


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
