SECRETARY TO THE DCOO (1) JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of BA Communication or any Business-related coursesWith at least 3-5 years of work experience as a secretaryExcellent in Verbal and Written CommunicationHighly organized and keen to detailsWilling to start immediately in Angeles City main office RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide day to day support to the Deputy Chief Operating OfficerReceiving documents, incoming calls and visitors of the DCOOManaging schedules, meetings, and conferencesCoordinating with other department heads regarding the instructions and
directives of the DCOO
? Other tasks that may be assigned by the DCOO from time to time

WORK SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (M-TH), 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (F)
WORK LOCATION: Angeles City, Pampanga
