Qualifications

Graduate of any Business-related courses.At least six (6) months to one (1) year of experience in the related fieldProficient in MS Office applicationsWell organized and detail-orientedAble to multi-task, is results-oriented, and is able to work under pressureWith good oral and written communication skills JOB DESCRIPTION Acts as a first point of contact, deals with correspondence, answering emails and phone calls of the General Manager.Assists in organizing meetings, events, conferences, and appointments as needed by the General Manager.Assists in the General Managers Calendar, coordinates schedules regarding bookings, travel meetings, and accommodations.Reminds the General manager of important tasks and deadlines, compiling data, and prepares reports, presentations, as needed.Manages databases, filing systems, implementing, and maintaining procedures/administrative systems, liaising with staff, suppliers, and clientsTakes minutes during meetings and format information for external and internal Communications.Collates and files expenses for liquidationOther functions as may deem necessary by the Sales Manager to fulfill tasks assigned
