Qualifications

· Graduate of any Business-related courses.

· At least six (6) months to one (1) year of experience in the related field

· Proficient in MS Office applications

· Well organized and detail-oriented

· Able to multi-task, is results-oriented, and is able to work under pressure

· With good oral and written communication skills


JOB DESCRIPTION

· Acts as a first point of contact, deals with correspondence, answering emails and phone calls of the General Manager.

· Assists in organizing meetings, events, conferences, and appointments as needed by the General Manager.

· Assists in the General Managers Calendar, coordinates schedules regarding bookings, travel meetings, and accommodations.

· Reminds the General manager of important tasks and deadlines, compiling data, and prepares reports, presentations, as needed.

· Manages databases, filing systems, implementing, and maintaining procedures/administrative systems, liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients

· Takes minutes during meetings and format information for external and internal Communications.

· Collates and files expenses for liquidation

· Other functions as may deem necessary by the Sales Manager to fulfill tasks assigned


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
