Secretary Of The School Director

BASIC FUNCTIONS
- renders secretarial services to the needs of the office including the development and maintenance of intranet and internet services in line with the University's Information Technology standards.
Responsible for effective and efficient office management and attends to secretarial work requirements of the School Director's Office.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- maintains efficient filing system
- attends to the clerical work requirements of the office promptly, correctly and neatly.
- receive telephone calls
- sets appointment of his superior
- maintains confidentiality of information and communication

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Graduate of any 4 yr course
- at least a year of experience in the related field
- with MA units is an advantage

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:
