Job Qualification:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in an Administrative Course or any related course
• With at least 1-2 years of experience, specializing in Secretarial or Admin.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Must be able to work with minimum supervision.
• Preferable residing in San Juan or willing to work in San Juan.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer telephones and respond to inquiries via telephone or email
• Call customers for orders and collections
• Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying
• File and update contact information of employees and customers
• Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner.
• Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports.
• Develop and maintain a filing system.
• Receive invoices and review them for accuracy.
• Manage communication including emails and phone calls.
• Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail Requirements.
• Proven work experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant.
• Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques.
• High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Integrity and professionalism.
• Proficiency in MS Office
