Job Summary:
Lions Pride Security Agency is seeking a proactive and highly organized Secretary to support the General Manager. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison, managing the General Manager's schedule, facilitating communication, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Executive Support: Provide direct administrative support to the General Manager, including managing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
2. Schedule Management: Organize and maintain the General Manager's calendar, coordinate meetings, and ensure timely follow-ups.
3. Document Preparation: Prepare, edit, and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents as needed by the General Manager.
4. Meeting Coordination: Arrange and manage meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
5. Communication Hub: Act as a central point of contact between the General Manager and internal/external stakeholders.
6. Travel Arrangements: Organize travel itineraries, accommodations, and related logistics for the General Manager.
7. Confidentiality Maintenance: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and ensure data security.
8. Office Oversight: Assist in the oversight of office administrative functions to support the agency's operational efficiency.

Skills:
1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
2. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
3. Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
4. High attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
6. Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions:
- Office-based role with occasional need to attend off-site meetings or events.
- Fast-paced environment requiring flexibility and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
