• Proven experience as Receptionist / Executive Secretary

Job description
1. Handling request/requirements between the company and building admin;
2. Application processing & follow up, ex: gate pass, work permit, access card,
etc.
3. Greeting and leading visitors to according person;
4. Coordinating with HR for applicant's interview;
