Seasonal Booking Staff For An Australian Dayshift

**MAIN TASKS**
- Handles inbound and outbound calls with tenants to set best appointment schedule
- Assist with tenants' concerns as needed

**OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Write responses to questions and include supporting information
- Follow up on enquiries to help customers in their decision making
- Escalate cases as necessary
- Provide support as needed
- Filter and assign tickets
- Update customer support and marketing software based on the status of tickets
- Review and respond to social media content in the client's communities
- Perform admin related tasks across all areas of the business
- Write simple and clear documentation on different business processes

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Good English communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Can work well in a team
- Able to work with mínimal supervision
- Open to Feedback and keen to learn
- Outstanding customer service skills
