Seafood Sales Executive

We're launching an exciting new seafood business to Metro Manila with a mission of promoting fair trade, premium, seafood to increase the livelihood of independent fishermen.We're hiring a Seafood Sales Executive to join our team in Paranaque. If you're someone who is highly motivated, unafraid to approach new customers, either cold-calling or walking into their business, and want to help change the seafood industry for the better, this could be the job for you.Responsibilities include:- Seek out strategic partnerships with businesses and potential seafood industry players.- Find potential prospects, approach them, earn their business, and keep them as loyal customers.- Close new deals and manage existing customers.- Identify areas to improve our processes and proactively grow the business.- Interview, hire, train, and oversee new team members.**Experience**:- A college degree is preferable- 3 years of working experience in seafood or seafood related business- 3 years of outside sales experience.- Excellent knowledge of seafood and ensuring seafood quality- Door-to-door sales or cold-calling experience is a must.Traits:- Excellent communication skills and an ability to connect with people- High energy, motivated, dependable.- Someone who is willing to approach each day's uncertainty and find solutions, not wait for answers to be given.- **Confidence is key****Salary**: Php15,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Flexible shift- OvertimeSupplemental Pay:- Commission payApplication Question(s):- Do you have your own transportation, motorcycle or car?**Experience**:- Sales: 3 years (required)- seafood business: 3 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (required)License/Certification:- Driver's License (required)
