Scrum Master (Wfh)

Non-negotiable/Required:

2-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master for multiple application development teams
Good interpersonal skills
Strong communication skills
Proficient in managing risks, issues, and dependencies
Excellent collaboration skills
Demonstrated leadership in continuous process improvement
Proven ability to mentor and coach Scrum Teams
Ability to work well in a matrix organization
Certified Scrum Master
