Scrum Master (Sdlc)

The Role
Function as team leader responsible for understanding the big development picture and ensuring that the team is following the client planning and Scrum process.Facilitate and lead all scrum meetings (Planning, daily scrum, and refinement). Shielding the team from interruptions.Responsible for ensuring Scrum is understood and the team adheres to Scrum theory, practices, and guidelines.Responsible for leading teams in Quarterly planning.Responsible for leading a team in determining milestone timelines.Responsible for negotiating and communicating timelines, status, and risks to leadership.
The Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master focused on software development.Agile Methodology experience.Familiarity with common Agile practices, service-oriented environments, and better development practices as well as other methodologies that will allow you to coach the team on effective techniques.Proven leadership experience in achieving successful project outcomes.History of delivering strong results in large scale/complex software development projects.Experience working with distributed software development products and teams.
Work set-up
Hybrid set-up (4x a month onsite)Location: BGC, TaguigDay-shift12 months contract (high possibility of extension or absorption)Equipment is providedSalary package up to 100K + benefits
