Scrum Master

- 3 years of experience with the same role
- Experience of managing complex project and product development - Knowledge of managing agile methodology
- Experience working in Agile environment - Experience of managing resources with different skill set for agile delivery methods
- Experience working collaboratively with a diverse business and IT teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical, creative problem-solving and strategic planning skills
- Has technical proficiency and development background
- Experience in financial technology vendor or a large financial institution
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Amenable to work in a hybrid set up at BGC
