If you have experience in coordinating and managing software and product features, are skilled in facilitating Scrum practices, and are passionate about Agile principles, then this job is for YOU!

As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and coordinating user story creation and definition.
- Managing product development processes (stand-ups, sprint planning, etc.).
- Defining test cases.
- Coordinating and documenting input from various stakeholders in feature prioritization and definition.
- Managing the creation, cataloging, and grooming of user stories.
- Coordinating the allocation of development tasks to developers.
- Managing the status of stories in the Scrum board.


As a Scrum Master, you need to have:
- Proven experience in Scrum facilitation, leading ceremonies effectively and inclusively
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
- Demonstrated ability to coach teams on Agile principles and practices
- Proficiency in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Notion, Wrike)
- Experience with collaboration tools such as Slack, Teams, and Zoom
- Adept in Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices
- Excellent Verbal and Written English Communication Skills


It's not required but it would be great if you have:
- Basic understanding of technical aspects of software development
- Experience in tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) for team progress
- Strong understanding of version control using Git
- Familiarity with source code management platforms (e.g., GitHub, Azure Repos)


Working Hours:
- 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM Philippine Time
