Requirements
At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master for multiple application development teamGood interpersonal skillsGood communication skillsExceptional skill in managing risk, issues and dependencies.Outstanding collaboration skillsDemonstrated leadership on continuous process improvementDemonstrated ability to mentor and coach Scrum TeamWorks well in a matrix organizationScrum Master certification
Preferred Skills/ Experiences
Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification a plusKnowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP, and other Agile frameworks Comfort with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MURALKnowledge and/or experience with Agile/Product techniques (i.e. User Stories, Personas, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Paired Programming, Automated Testing)Demonstrated ability to partner and communicate effectively with non-technical team members, resolving contending or contradictory objectives, and unifying disparate ideas into a homogenized solutionPositive attitude and ability to inspire the team toward continuous improvementExperience with outcomes-based planning and delivery (i.e., OKR)Ability to work in ambiguity and iterate to a solution
