• 2-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master for multiple application development team
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good communication skills
• Knowledgeable in managing risk, issues and dependencies.
• Good collaboration skills
• Demonstrated leadership on continuous process improvement
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach Scrum Team
• Works well in a matrix organization
• Scrum Master certification

• SAFe Certification / Training
• Experience/knowledgeable in Product Model
• Experience on a CRM implementation project specifically Salesforce
