Scrub Technician

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Observes the surgical procedures inside the operating room.
- Assists the Junior or Senior Surgical Technician during surgery.
- Prepares and ensures the accuracy of the items to be used inside the operating room.
- Conducts post-operative inspection of sets and equipment used.
- Delivers and endorses items to hospitals.
- Pulls out set/s used from various hospitals.
- Autoclaves or sterilizes sets including other work related duties.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, or any related field.
- At least 2 years' experience in the same capacity.
- Understanding and knowledge in surgery.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- The ability to work under pressure.
