School Driver And Maintenance

Responsibilities: Transport students and staff to and from school and school-related activities safely and efficiently. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the car to ensure it is safe for operation. Maintain accurate records of all trips, including the number of passengers transported and the destinations. Follow established routes and schedules. Monitor passenger behavior during transportation to maintain a safe and respectful environment. Report any incidents or concerns to the appropriate school officials. Conduct routine maintenance tasks around the school campus, including cleaning, painting, and minor repairs. Assist with larger maintenance and repair projects as needed. Maintain a clean and well-maintained car interior. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Minimum of 2 years of experience driving a car. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and afternoons. Ability to perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including cleaning, painting, and minor repairs. Ability to manage and monitor passenger behavior during transportation. Physical Demands: Must be able to sit for extended periods of time. Must be able to perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including lifting up to 30kg.
