Our team of passionate and highly skilled people in Philippines is growing and we are looking for a skilled and experienced SCCM Operations Specialist working within Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager infrastructures related projects and assignments. You will be part of Global End User & Collaboration Services Team where you will be in daily interaction with colleagues located in Denmark, China and Czech. We are full-stack build team who is responsible for all project related assignments, service and change requests, building agreed design solutions and handing over to our Global Operations team.
Your primary responsibilities will be: • Participating into both customer and internal projects.
• Participating into customer on-boarding, transition and transformations.
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation such as Operation Manuals, technical procedures, guidelines and project documentation. Handing over the documentation to our Global Operations team and briefing them.
Your qualifications and experience You have minimum 5 years of experience from a similar position working with SCCM, Windows Server, Desktop operating system, SQL server reporting.
Key Competencies: Microsoft Intune suite o Deep understanding of SCCM infrastructure, components and rules
o Ability to build new environments from scratch (previous experience more than welcome)
o Creation of packages/applications, programs/deployment types, collections and advertisements/deployments
o Reporting and Queries
o Software Updates management
o Applications Updates Management
o OSD: Task Sequences, Driver packages, WinPE/ADK, PXE
o Management upgrade and transitions
o SCCM Client installation push/upgrades etc.
o General understanding of consequence handling in Configuration Manager
o Microsoft Certifications: MD-101 and MD 100
Microsoft Intune o Understanding of co-managed environment
o Device configuration profiles
o Endpoint security policies
o Compliance policies
o Windows update for business
o Intune applications
Windows/AD/Network o Deep knowledge of the Windows 7/8.1/10 Operating Systems – including the registry, file system, UAC, profile management, WMI etc.
o Deep understanding of Windows Server 2003/8/12
o Deep understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy Objects, Group Policy Preferences, etc.
o Good understanding of networks
Scripting o Scripting knowledge including VBscript, PowerShell, etc.
MS Windows Imaging o Deep knowledge of image creation using DISM/ImageX
o Deep knowledge in creation of hardware driver packages
o Knowledge of Microsoft Deployment ToolKit (MDT)
Language o Excellent and professional English written and verbal
Behaviour o Ability to independently and effectively manage own time to meet committed dates
o Ability to perform Quality Assurance testing of own work across various target scenarios, to ensure minimal issues with general deliveries to customer
o Perfect analysis of customer needs and existing environments
o Work with Service Delivery Manager / Service owners to define and design process around SW update release management.
o Good at communicating and interacting with people.
