Site hunting and permit processing for project implementation
- Negotiate commercial terms, conditions and operation of the project with the building owner/land owner and/or authorized representative of the building owner/land owner

**Job Qualifications**:

- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree preferably Engineering Course
- Must have at least 1 year experience in Site Acquisition/Permit Processing
- Good communication skills
- Can work under pressure
- Driving skills is an advantage

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Catbalogan, Samar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
