Key Responsibilities
- Solution Development & Support
- Provide business, functional, and technical support for SAP Sales and CX solutions.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, identifying gaps in current processes and configurations.
- Develop tailored solutions addressing SAP Sales and CX requirements.
- Lead testing, defect resolution, and validation of SAP Sales and CX implementations.
- Consulting & Collaboration
- Offer strategic technology consulting, developing recommendations to address business needs.
- Collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- May require international travel to conduct workshops, training sessions, and client meetings.

Functional Experience & Requirements
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's or higher-level degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
Professional Experience:
- Minimum *2+ years* of experience working in any of the SAP Sales and CX solutions (SD, CRM, C4C, BRIM, FI-CA, etc.) in a *functional or technical consultant* role.
- Knowledge of integration dependencies across SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO, SD).
Client Engagement:
- Open to travel internationally to support onshore activities and client interactions, including workshops and training sessions.
