Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled SAP REFX Architect with a strong background in SAP S/4HANA implementations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in the SAP Real Estate Flexible (REFX) module and possess a deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA. This role involves direct engagement with clients, from understanding requirements and conducting fit-to-standard workshops to overseeing implementation and post-go-live support.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute SAP S/4HANA Real Estate Flexible (REFX) implementations, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
Conduct and facilitate fit-to-standard workshops to analyze and address business needs.
Configure and design custom solutions within the REFX module to meet specific business requirements.
Develop and execute functional and system testing, ensuring solution integrity and performance.
Support clients during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to confirm system readiness.
Oversee the implementation, go-live, and post-go-live support phases, ensuring smooth transitions and adherence to project timelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless and high-quality SAP S/4HANA REFX experience.
Required Skills and Competencies
Proven expertise in SAP Real Estate Flexible (REFX) module, particularly within the SAP S/4HANA environment.
Strong knowledge of Greenfield implementation methodologies with a minimum of two SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementations.
Ability to conduct fit-to-standard workshops and translate business requirements into practical SAP solutions.
Proficiency in SAP configuration, custom build design, and testing methodologies.
Exceptional communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience working as an SAP REFX Architect or similar role.
SAP certification in S/4HANA REFX or related modules is highly preferred.
