Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled IM/PS Lead with extensive expertise in SAP S/4HANA Project Systems and Investment Management modules. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in SAP implementations, from gathering and analyzing customer requirements to providing post-go-live support. This position requires a strong understanding of SAP project methodologies, hands-on configuration skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions tailored to customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering & Analysis
Engage with customers to understand business needs and translate them into system requirements.
Lead blueprinting sessions and create detailed documentation.
SAP Configuration & Customization
Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA Project Systems (PS) and Investment Management (IM) modules to align with customer requirements.
Testing & Validation
Conduct functional and system testing to ensure solution integrity.
Collaborate with the customer during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to address issues and ensure system readiness.
Implementation & Go-Live
Oversee the implementation process, ensuring timely and successful deployment.
Provide end-user training and comprehensive documentation.
Post Go-Live Support
Deliver expert support and troubleshooting for any post-go-live issues.
Proactively identify opportunities for system optimization and process improvements.
Required Skills and Competencies
Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Project Systems (PS) and Investment Management (IM) modules.
Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, blueprint, configure, and customize SAP solutions.
Experience with functional testing, system testing, and supporting customers during UAT.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 full-cycle SAP implementations.
Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
SAP certification is a plus.
