Sap Project Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Manager with extensive hands-on project management experience, particularly in SAP implementation.
This role requires a highly organized individual who can drive projects from planning through to successful completion.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing project timelines, handling risk, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain detailed project plans and schedules.
Lead the project team to ensure all objectives and milestones are met.
Proactively identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and maintain an up-to-date issue log.
Publish regular status reports to keep all stakeholders informed of progress and updates.
Engage in effective stakeholder management to align project goals and expectations.
Participate in management review meetings, providing insights and updates on project status.
Leverage SAP implementation expertise to support and guide the project team.
Required Skills and Competencies:

Strong project management skills, with a focus on achieving results within timelines and budget.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in planning and documentation.
Proven experience in risk assessment, planning, and mitigation.
Proficiency in stakeholder management, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
Experience in creating and maintaining detailed project status reports.
Hands-on SAP implementation experience is essential.
Ability to navigate and lead project management review meetings with confidence.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management roles, preferably in SAP-related projects.
PMP or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.
