Sap Mm Lead (Hybrid)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Material Management Lead with extensive hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Materials Management (MM) Module.
This role requires deep expertise in implementing and customizing SAP solutions for optimal performance.
The successful candidate will play a key role in guiding our team through project lifecycles, ensuring successful implementation and go-live support.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead SAP S/4HANA MM module configurations and custom design builds to meet specific client requirements.
Conduct fit-to-standard workshops to align SAP functionalities with customer needs.
Manage project phases from functional and system testing to assisting customers during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Ensure smooth implementation, support the transition, and oversee the system's go-live.
Required Skills and Competencies:

Expertise in SAP S/4HANA Materials Management (MM) Module.
Minimum of two SAP S/4HANA Brownfield Implementation project experiences.
Strong understanding of customer requirements and solution mapping.
Proficiency in functional testing, system testing, and UAT processes.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management).
(Optional) SAP certification in S/4HANA Materials Management is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP MM with a focus on S/4HANA implementations.
