- Must be knowledgeable and have 3-5 years experience in SAP SD, MM, ITIL.

Job Description:
- Manages team activities and ensures procedure compliance.
- Works with SAP and Digital Wholesales Applications.
- Contacts Governance Team for clarification and disseminates received information to the team.
- Ensures procedure compliance and updates the Knowledge Base.
- Communicates information to the Service Manager and team members.
- Maintains Standard Operating Procedures for HD1.
- Ensures that incidents are addressed promptly.
- Implements Continuous Improvement initiatives.
