SAP Business Suite Testing Specialist

*Responsibilities:*
- Analyze functional and non-functional requirements to validate testability and identify any gaps.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and address queries prior to test planning.
- Develop comprehensive test plans, including test scenarios and test scripts, based on user requirements for SAP systems.
- Prepare and manage test data to align with the test scripts and requirements.
- Execute test scripts in a defined SAP test environment, ensuring alignment with quality standards.
- As applicable, undergo training to utilize automated testing tools for creating and executing automated test scripts.
- Track and manage test scripts, logged defects, and open issues effectively to ensure timely resolution.

Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in functional test planning and execution.
- Experience in using test automation tools such as Selenium, HP UFT, TestComplete, Tricentis TOSCA, or Worksoft Certify.
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools like ALM, JIRA, qTest, or Bugzilla.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies.

Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python.
- Hands-on experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
- Strong understanding of test case design and execution techniques.

Qualifications:
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in functional test planning and related responsibilities.
- Proven track record in delivering high-quality applications through structured testing processes.

- Open to candidates for Cebu and Manila offices.
