Sap Analyst

The Systems Applications and Products (SAP) Data Encoder encodes and analyzes all transactions from Forecast -To-Stock Production Planning (FTS-PP), Procure to Pay (PTP) and Order-To-Cash (OTC) while meeting operational needs, priorities, and deadlines.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Performs Manufacturing Execution:Production Order release.Production confirmation.Performs completion.Checks and analyzes postings in Production Order:Documented goods movement.Good Receipt - Good Issue Variances.Stock Overview.Monitors incoming and outgoing stocks:Displays stock in transit (Inbound and Outbound).Performs Plant-To-Plant transfer:Stock transfer order creation.Shipment Creation.Picking.Post Goods Issue.Monitors Stock Movement:Material Document List.Stock overview.Sales Order, Delivery and Shipment Processing:Delivery Order creation.Billing creation.Analyzes and generates SAP reports periodically or as needed.Demonstrates a high concern for the health and safety of self and others.Demonstrates commitment to Company Rules and Regulations.Undertakes special projects or technical studies as requested by San Miguel Foods Inc.Performs other related duties as may be assigned either in support of company goal or for personal or professional training, education or development as programmed by immediate superior.
