Responsibilities and Accountabilities1. Approve and coordinate the activities for the design, configuration and maintenance of allSAP components in the SAP systems landscape including ERP, NetWeaver (EnterprisePortal, Business Intelligence (BW and IP), PI, Content Server, TREX Search Engine),NetWeaver Gateway, E-Recruitment, Solution Manager and any other components.2. Monitor deliverables to meet overall project timelines and quality standards.3. Coordinate implementation of SAP technical releases in conjunction with PRISM FunctionalTeam, Development Team and business stakeholders.4. Supervise the technical team to manage and execute system installations, upgrades,operating system patches, coordination in patch/hotpack/support pack/enhancementpackage implementation, clientcopy/database refresh planning, and assistance in archiving.5. Coordinate with the Network and Systems unit for establishment of benchmarks for thenetwork connectivity components for optimal end-user response times for the SAP solutionencompassing all above components.6. Oversee PRISM user account management incorporating systems security and maintenanceof roles and authorization matrix as per business specifications especially in the Productionenvironment.7. Manage and provide oversight of the execution of the complete SAP technicaladministration including centralised monitoring; alert configuration and response: transportmanagement, performance monitoring and tuning; and foster the proactive administration.8. Manage and/or contribute actively on assigned PRISM new functional/technicalimplementation project.9. Assess, plan and provide recommendation and execute the implementation of newtechnology solution related to PRISM system deemed fit for the organization purpose.10. As part of business continuity initiative mandated by the organization, take overallresponsibility of PRISM disaster recovery solution.11. Maintain required project documentation including systems and technical manuals .12. Coordinate and provide inputs with regards to SAP Data Archiving and Data Migration.13. Any other duties as may be assigned by supervisor.SECTION 4Required Qualifications and ExperienceEDUCATION• An advanced degree in Computer Engineering, Computer science, Information technologyor any related field from an accredited academic institution with four years of relevant workexperience; or• A University degree in the above fields with minimum of six years of relevant professionalwork experience.• Professional certification in SAP is a distinct advantage.• Certification in Agile Project Management and Design Thinking is a distinct advantage.EXPERIENCE• Minimum of ten years professional experience in the Information Technology field and withmore than eight years in SAP systems management and user security administration• Advanced knowledge in BASIS administration of ABAP and Java stacks of various SAPmodules including ERP, NetWeaver (Enterprise Portal, Business Intelligence (BW and IP), PI,Content Server, TREX Search Engine), NetWeaver Gateway, E-Recruitment, SolutionManager.• Advanced knowledge and excellent experience in multiple full lifecycle implementations andproduction support roles in complex SAP landscapes.• Extensive experience in managing and supporting multiple landscapes with experience inprovisioning SAP applications, kernel patches, OSS notes, performing SAP System upgrades,EHP upgrades, support packs, 3 system and client copies, system refreshes, backups andrestores, security configurations and connectivity.• Advanced knowledge in Roles and Authorizations and User Account Management.• Advanced knowledge in administration of Oracle Database; knowledge in SAP HANA DB anadvantage.• Knowledge in SAP Data Archiving and Data Migration.• Advance knowledge in SAP Fiori system administration.• Experience with design documentation, creation of mock-ups, requirements gathering andclient interaction.Knowledge of SAP functional or ABAP.SKILLS• Strong Oracle Database Administration skills with focus on performance tuning including athorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them intoapplication/operational requirements.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally andharmoniously with a diverse group, from varied cultures and professional backgrounds.• Excellent oral/written communications, analytical, organizational, teamwork, and interpersonalskills / Ability to effectively articulate and communicate the pros and cons of creating a SAP solutionto solve a specific business need;• Strong personal ownership and ability to set and meet high professional standards, flexible andresponsive work style with minimum supervision.• Critical thinking, problem solving, design, and most critically, attention to performance, scala
