Job DescriptionHigh motivation and drive to expand SAP ABAP technical skills by learning SAP Quality Management and Warranty functional areas.Collaborates effectively with Business, Key Users, and other IT Stakeholders.Proactive, solution-oriented, and committed to continuous improvements.Provides functional and technical support for Quality Management and Warranty master data and/or customizing. Designs, customizes, develops in ABAP programming, and performs required systems testing with alignment to the global team and in accordance with the activity timetable.Investigates, monitors, and resolves simple to complex issues and requests submitted by users through ticketing and service requests. Handles changes or emergency transports as needed for high-priority issues.Manages a given project role assignment and multiple projects at various steps: fit-gap analysis, realization, acceptance testing, go-live preparation and execution, and stabilization with supervision.Documents test cases and results according to business requirements.Participates in Global team meetings, workshops, trainings, and ad-hoc alignment meetings.Conducts training on new functionalities available.Participates in company initiatives.Additional InformationThe following skills and experiences will be an advantage:
Knowledge of business process and configuration in SAP Quality Management.Experience in basic Authorization Management.Business process experience or background in relevant manufacturing and quality management environment.Knowledge of integration with SAP Finance, SAP Materials Management, SAP Inventory and Warehouse Management, SAP Production Planning, SAP Sales and Distribution, and external Quality systems.QualificationsUniversity degree in IT, Computer Science, Business or related field.SAP experience with at least 2 SAP project implementations and support management.ABAP experience: RFC, IDOCs, Debugging, BADIs, Forms, Object Oriented Programming.Exposure to IT Project Management and international projects (at least 1 year); experience working in the Automotive industry or related areas is an advantage.Very good English language skills (spoken and written); cross-cultural competence; proven assertiveness and problem-solving abilities.Documentation (i.e., functional/technical specification, training manuals, test procedures).Knowledge of ITIL (i.e., service management and change requests).Amenable to travel outside the Philippines.Company DescriptionContinental develops pioneering technologies and services for sustainable and connected mobility of people and their goods.
