Primary responsibility is the preparation and contribution to the design workshops, take directions and configure the system, demonstrate and gain acceptance from the customer. Carries out work with medium to high levels of complexity requiring knowledge of a variety of SAP relevant IT technologies and environments, contributing in the implementation of a customer solution. Produces high quality work and documentation within areas of specialisation through the use of systematic, structured and analytical approaches to the analysis, design, configuration and testing activities to contribute to the implementation or support of the customer solution. For Application Management Activities - Responsible for the analysis of user requirements of change requests. Is responsible for designing and testing of modifications and enhancements and the support of which are critical to the success of Application Management Services (AMS). Is familiar with the content of the services agreement between NRI ANZ and the Client and is responsible for the provision of services in accordance with agreed service levels. Can assume ownership of an incident, problem or enquiry of a more complex nature through to resolution. May be responsible for the preparation and delivery of end-user training and providing end-user support. Is able to work to plan and schedule, and monitors own work, and more junior team member's work. Escalating problems and queries to higher levels to ensure project timescales and client relationships are maintained and that the delivery of the requisite customer solution stays on track. Communicates fluently orally and in writing and presents complex technical information to technical and non-technical audiences to provide a common understanding of a specific topic. Carries out work under the direction of senior staff to assist in preparation of the technical content of customer proposals and bids. Answers customer questions and queries escalating any as appropriate. Ensures client is aware of range of NRI ANZ services and significant achievements within area of expertise. Can identify and report potential opportunities related to projects for specific clients. Can assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations to clients and is becoming familiar with the bid management and review processes. Works as a member of a team helping uncover, understand and document the customer's requirements to ensure that the scope of any solution is complete and meets customer needs. Specifies and documents the requirements of part of the customer solution to provide a foundation for subsequent design, specification and coding activities of the customer solution. Sets priorities appropriately, ensures that work outputs are timely and of the highest quality DESIRED EXPERIENCE: At least 12+ years of relevant experience as an SAP ABAP Developer.  Strong knowledge and understanding of relevant SAP S/4HANA (5+ years of experience with SAP S/4HANA). 2 full-cycle project implementation experience and/or 5+ years full-time support experience. Strong knowledge of relevant SAP implementation and support methodologies. Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Strong communication skills and the ability to partner with clients to understand their needs and design solutions that meet those requirements. Must hold relevant and current SAP solution certifications in one or more relevant subjects, modules, or disciplines. Established professional in solution implementation with involvement in the detailed design, analysis, and impact of change analysis. Effective team player, has a positive approach to work and team members, flexible, shows initiative, can work under pressure, is acknowledged as reliable and capable.
