Sanitary Design Section Head

Note: You will be assigned as Project team leader for projects selected by the MEP Manager.

-To Lead and Manage the Sanitary Design section of the MEP team.
-To ensure that the Sanitary Systems (Plumbing and Drainage) design of all assigned projects are fully coordinated, spatially and
technically, with all other related trades and compliant with applicable project codes.
-To ensure that the Concept Design as agreed with the Technical Director is implemented. Any deviation from the agree direction must be coordinated with the MEP Manager and Technical Director and documented in the project.Employment Type: Probationary

Salary Range: 70-80K depending on experience

Key Result Areas
1. Plan and manage the execution of the primary responsibilities as noted above.
2. Enforce spatial coordination working practices with all other MEP trades.
3. Enforce technical coordination between mechanical and all other trades.
4. Ensure work is carried out in conformance with the current technical procedures / method statements, guidelines, work instructions and memoranda.

Job Knowledge
-Sanitary Engineering graduate; Preferably a licensed Sanitary Engineer or equivalent;
-With at least 10 years progressive work experience, in Design / Consulting Firm.
-With well-developed working knowledge of MEPF Services and Systems design
-With working knowledge of various international and local Plumbing and Building Codes and Standards.
-Experience in Industrial and Infrastructure projects is must;

Workplace
-Forsspac operates on a hybrid work setup (Head office is in Makati)
-Must be residing in Metro Manila and nearby provinces
-Must be able to attend client meetings in Metro Manila and outside Metro Manila depending on the project site
