Salon Manager

Salon Manager responsibilities include supervising staff, scheduling shifts, promoting our services and keeping updated records of expenses and revenues. If you are familiar with beauty treatments and have excellent organizational abilities.
1. Oversee daily salon operations
2. Train salon staff, as needed
3. Organize employees' schedule
4. Order salon beauty products and replenish stock
5. Arrange for regular maintenance services for all equipment
6. Apply hygiene practices across all beauty stations
7. Ensure all beauty treatments meet high quality standards
8. Maintain staff records and working schedules
9. Promote services, products and discounts on social media
10. Receive payments from clients and track all transactions
11. Keep updated records of costs and revenues (e.g. daily, monthly and quarterly)

Qualifications:
• Proven work experience as a Salon Manager or similar role
• Good knowledge of beauty treatments and products (e.g. for hair and skin care)
• Basic bookkeeping knowledge
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to handle customers' requests and complaints with grace
• College Level or relevant field
• Additional certification in Cosmetology is a plus
