ABOUT THE ROLE
ACT (Machineries & Metal Craft) Corporation.
is seeking an ambitious and driven Salesman/Sales Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Santiago City Isabela.
This full-time role is integral to the company's sales strategy and will involve driving new business growth and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your designated territory.
Effectively present and demonstrate our products and services to potential customers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Provide excellent customer service and promptly address any customer inquiries or concerns.
Accurately record and report on all sales activities and progress.
Mentor and support junior sales team members as required.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKIJNG FOR
Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably within the machinery or metal craft industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively negotiate with customers.
Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
Willingness to travel within the designated sales territory as required.
