Salesman-Mati

- Promote, present and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
Key: Believe in your products.
- Always follow the required MCP schedule, constantly visiting accounts to evaluate needs and promote new products initiative, price change and programs.
- Always observe and perform Basic Call Procedure or BCP.
- Coordinate and strictly monitor the merchandise, inventory and other in-store concern/s.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments such as purchase order submission and account policies.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships with our accounts.
- Obtain weekly collections and balance payment from our respective accounts. Also, submit daily remittance of the collection to our branch.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports such as principals' Sales to trade target (STT), Target reached and collections, and accounts overdue balance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

??Candidate must possess at least College level/graduate in any field
??At least 1 year experience in Sales (FMCG) is an advantage
??Excellent written and verbal communication skills
??Knows how to drive (with Driver's License code 1,2,3)
??Willing to travel and be assigned to out-base area (Banay-Banay, Lupon and Tibanban)
??Confident, articulate and professional speaking abilities
??Reporting to CIMEM-Mati Office
