Salesforce Reporting Analyst

A trusted BPO company provide services such as brand representation, field education, event promotion, and innovative retail solutions. Additionally, the company offers digital, multi-channel, geographic data, market research, and quantitative analysis services.

Position: Salesforce Reporting Analyst
Company Industry: BPO Company
Work Location: Quezon City
Work Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday
Salary: Php 30,000 - Php 70,000
Work Set Up: Work-on-Site

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in sales, business, marketing, statistics, computer science, or mathematics-related fields
At least with 1 year experience in coding
At least 2years in reporting
In-depth knowledgeable in using CRM Salesforce
Willing to work onsite


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work closely with the client to understand their business problems and meet their needs
To write SQL queries to extract data from internal servers and database.
To design and automate reoccurring report deliverables
Responsible in building and manage Salesforce reports and dashboards
Will define trends, build forecasting, and overall changes in data with correlating impact.
