Salesforce Pod Lead (Admin/Dev)

Position: Salesforce Pod Lead (more of an Admin with light dev experience) Note: Must be ok to work 50/50 ration between Salesforce Admin and Development work
Responsibilities: Manage a team, delegate tasks, ensure that the team is within project schedule, ensure completion of expected deliverables, able to handle and escalate issuesDesign and develop dynamic, secure, high quality business solutions on the Force.com platform, for the healthcare industry.Create Data DictionariesGenerate application flow charts and technical documentationDefining technical specifications to meet business requirements for custom applicationsFunction in an Agile, structured SDLC team environmentPerform unit and integration testingDevelop Distributed Integrations between Salesforce and proprietary Enterprise Applications Qualifications:
Leadership, collaboration, and excellent communication skills (minimum 3 years of leadership experience)Advanced Salesforce Administration knowledge and experience (minimum 4 years of Salesforce Administration)Salesforce development (minimum 1 year of experience with Apex)SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language)Visualforce/ Lightning Components/ Aura ComponentsProven experience in troubleshooting and solving complex logic problemsDesired knowledge on Platform EventsOkay to work 50/50 ratio between SF Administration and Development workAbility to work US Daytime hours
