Job Description Engineers will provide client value by implementing applications and solutions in multiple platforms, frameworks, and languages You will build creative solutions and on-budget with low technical debt Implementation of defined business logic Perform testing and quality assurance practices Data Segmentation and Personalization: Design and maintain data segmentation and personalization strategies, utilizing data from various sources to deliver targeted and relevant content to distinct customer segments. Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems and platforms, ensuring seamless data consistency and flow. Salesforce Tech Stack Integrations: Leverage your expertise in integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other Salesforce products, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud, to build complex end-to-end solutions that optimize customer engagement. Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Proactively identify and resolve technical issues, perform routine maintenance tasks, and optimize system performance to ensure the stability and reliability of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. Best Practices and Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in marketing automation and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, applying innovative solutions to enhance marketing effectiveness. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including expertise with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Data Extensions. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer certification is required. Strong understanding of marketing automation concepts, customer journey management, data segmentation, and personalization strategies. Proficiency in Javascript, HTML, CSS, AMPscript, and Marketing Cloud APIs Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Community Cloud integrations with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a significant advantage. Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field is preferred. Benefits About Kasama
