Company-provided MacBook About the Role We seek an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team, offering a chance to work with a diverse range of Salesforce solutions. This position is ideal for those passionate about Salesforce development and eager to expand their skills. You will have an opportunity to work on one of our most impactful projects alongside a team of highly experienced Salesforce professionals in the Philippines and Chicago. ResponsibilitiesPlatform Engagement: Engage with various Salesforce solutions mainly Marketing Cloud. A strong ability to quickly learn and adapt is essential. Custom Solution Development: Candidates with experience in Salesforce development will have the opportunity to design, develop, test, and deploy bespoke Salesforce solutions utilizing Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other cutting-edge Salesforce technologies. Collaborative Analysis: Work alongside cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into practical technical solutions Stakeholder Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships by communicating directly with clients and stakeholders. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related industry experience Proven experience in Marketing Cloud Has experience in core Salesforce development (i.e. Flow, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, etc.) Familiarity with integration techniques and best practices Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust by interacting directly with clients and stakeholders This is for a long-term, permanent hire, but project-based engagement (i.e., a short-term contract) is also an option Can work from 10pm-2am (Philippine time) Has 20–40 hours of availability per week
